....jump overboard? read that there was one that happened very recently with a 20 yr old guy that was on a cruise around the caribbean area. Around 400 have fallen or jumped overboard since 2000

  • all cruise ships should have security camera coverage for all areas of the exterior of the ship to ensure we dont have people serially riding (or working for) cruise ships that get off on pushing others overboard.
  • therapist / religious services should always be made available to passengers in case anyone is showing suicidal tendancies

Assuming it happened beyond where any could see or hear them? If so theres nothing anybody can do then and hopefully somebody realizes Sooners rather then later wants happened.

also if you have camera coverage should be able to put some machine learning / AI in place to detect these events. When it occurs Im not saying full stop of the cruise ship but would be nice to dispatch a drone retrieval unit.

Yeah man.. imagine someone who gets off on pushing people overboard and they work on a cruise line as a cook or something.

just another reason for me to never take a cruise ship.. germ ridden Petri dishes to begin with.. but also seems too easy to go missing at sea.
