At 208 hours I got the Platinum in FF7 rebirth - and it's probably the hardest Platinum I've ever gone out of my way to go get.

Was 0.2% or 0.3% rate last I checked. Some of the challenge fights are no joke.....feels good to have it all done though.

Nothing too crazy for me. Most challenging was probably Crash N Sane Trilogy full completion, or maybe Halo Reach solo legendary

According to my Steam, my rarest achievement is "Established Main" at 0.8% from Brawlhalla. Which isn't that hard. Just get to level 40 with a single character. I'm surprised not many people have it. Too lazy to check my PS Trophy list. Not sure what my hardest achievement is.

I have quite a few that are less than .5%, but this is my most rare.

Rarest is the one for 100% on Hyper Void.

It wasn't that hard, really; I think people just didn't like the game for some stupid reason and stopped playing it.

According to Steam my rarest one is one from Crystal Crisis with only 2% rate

most annoying was prob the bladestone max upgrade trophy in demon's souls ps3

Red dead redemption 2's platinum trophy is among the rarest at 0.1% (If checked on the PS3/4/5/vita, which is looking at every single person who connected online on the playstation ecosystem. A site like psnprofiles only accounts for those who actually sign up for the site meaning its more populated by people who actually go out of their way/like getting trophies).

Not because its super difficult, its just grindy and boring as shit with a lot of RNG related stuff thrown in the requirements. (Like there is a trophy for beating all the challenges. In the gambler challenges one of them required you to win a hand of blackjack after hitting 3 times. Stupid things like that).

Only reason I went for it is because I played so much red dead online for a few years that I actually got all those online trophies naturally. Figured "you know what, I only have to get like 7 more and its for things like getting gold medals in story missions, doing that "its art" trophy, and challenges how annoying can it really be?

.....it was very, very annoying. Hunting those small-ass birds like woodpeckers/blue jays and making sure they are 3 star perfect carcasses to send in the mail to that one collector sucked so much.

I have a few achievements on Xbox 360 that are under 1% completion. But I think those are just from people not bothering to do it. Rather than them being really hard. Rarest is getting all gold medals in SSX 2012. 0.25% completion there.

My most challenging trophy was getting the platinum trophy for CTR Nitro Fueled. Beating some of those time trials were hard as hell. The platinum has 0.5% completion when I check my trophies

Worst was probably Gold Rush from RDR2. That achievement is not worth your time

I also got the platinum trophy for both monster hunter world and iceborne, but to be honest I actually played the bullshit out of this game with my play time hours on my only character clocking in at over 2,300 hours lol. (Some of that is idle time, but I really did love me some monster hunter world).

Lowest percent trophies in this game aside from the platinum is the monster size crown trophies....have to get a large size gold crown and the mini size gold crown for every single base-game monster in the game. (So in base world, monsters like deviljho don't count since he was the first DLC add-on).

In iceborne though, those same monster size crown trophies return, but this time the requirements include the mons that were DLC for the base game, so deviljho, lunastra and so on is included in the total.

For a some of these there will be a ton of time spent wearing the ghillie cloak so the monster doesn't detect you, you running up to the monster and using their legs/chest/tail/whatever stuff youtubers came up with to measure up the monster and see if its a big boy/girl or a itty bitty one, and fight to capture/kill so you don't waste too much time fighting every single one you see lol.

Harder to get trophies that was challenging but pretty fun to go for was mega man 11's speedrun trophy (finish up the game in under 1 hour. I barely passed this with like 7 seconds left to spare, lol) and beating it on super hero. I really got into mega man 11 and it's high sales was deserved.

Yeah I just checked and more than half the players who beat the game at all ended up getting that Hyper Void trophy, lol. It's just that less than 1% even bothered to beat the game at all.

Hardest was probably the platinum in either Vanquish or Metal Gear Rising

For something I did way back when on my xbox 360, I actually got 200/200 achievements for hard corps uprising. The hardest achievement in that game was beating the arcade mode without dying.
