A company whose leadership believes nothing is more important than stock prices would have a very strong motivation to kill a guy who would likely tank stock prices if he remained alive.

And such a leadership wouldnt consider how suspicious it looks. Absolutely destroying the companys future for near term stock gains shows an inability to care about consequences.

Last I checked, Boeing isnt in charge of their own secret police to cover up everything.
As for the others, yes, those were assassinations, WITH WITNESSES, AND EVIDENCE, AND A CULPRIT THAT WAS APPREHENDED.
Conspiracy theories are none of those.

No clue. Is Boeing one of those companies conservatives seem to love? I can see anyone with pull in the military having people play defense for them.

Not that this is necessarily so.

Because they think trickle down is a thing and the billion-dollar corporation can't do anything wrong.

Like Trump said, he can shoot someone in the middle of 5th Ave and people would still vote for him. It's the same for all these corporate bootlickers.

because family and friends are never in denial?

Weird reaction? I asked why you keep posting about it. It is like you are trying to convince yourself. Not sure why though. You don't work at Boeing do you?

And giving a timeline isn't saying anything. If you see the timeline and it makes you think he was murdered, then you need to consider why that is.

----------

Timeline:
1. People die on Boeing planes.
2. Boeing just gets a slap on the wrist.
3. Justice Department is like "huh. maybe there is something more here."
4. John Barnett begins HIGHLY detailing exactly what was happening at Boeing and discussing issues his team documented like oxygen masks not working
5. Justice Department calls him to testify.
6. John Barnett is dead.

i made one mundane post that is actually the reasonable take before you started trying to aggressively push the 'it has to be murder' narrative in response to me. it's super easy to see your motive here and the narrative you are trying to spin and it's weird af

Despite what Lionel Hutz would tell you, hearsay and conjecture are not "kinds of evidence."

There's no metaphor. TC just believes Bowing is guilty. Their opinion isn't a factor in an actual court of law, which is probably why no one claimed it does.

Yea there are conspiracies that are no longer conspiracies because they were proven true.
Conspiracy isn't a word that means unproven or crazy idea.

conspiracy noun

1
: the act of conspiring together
They were accused of conspiracy to commit murder.

2
a
: an agreement among conspirators
uncovered a conspiracy against the government
b
: a group of conspirators
a conspiracy made up of disgruntled aristocrats

And a conspiracy theory doesn't in itself mean the ideas of a crackpot either, it just refers to someone having a theory that an event was caused by a conspiracy

I'm here because I hate conspiracy theories. They're usually very uniformed and (this is a bit of a selfish reason) they tend to eventually lead down a rabbit hole that ends in Anti-Semitism.

Boeing probably killed him.
Even aside from that, all the shit in this article are damning for the ruthless disregard for safety... actually that doesn't do it justice, they actively punished people for trying to find safety issues because they were "hurting our stock value".
Boeing needs to be broken apart by the government and the CEO needs to be sent to jail. Not white collar jail. Real, blue collar jail. He's a mass murderer, only thing "uncertain" is if you need to tack a +1 to the number of lives from the two crashes or not.

I'm gonna say, the fact that that I'm skeptical that they actually had him literally assassinated does not mean that I don't think that they are 100% responsible for his death. They totally are. Don't need for it to have actually been a murder for that to be true.

Because people who are credulous enough to believe one conspiracy theory often wind up believing more and more of them. Hence the rabbit hole.

I was a quality engineer for Boeing parts.. The company I worked for too was similar in their crack down of those knowledgeable. The leadership cared only about profit and argued that our devices had fail safe. It was a workplace based on fear. They wrecked a lot of people's lives in ways I can't discuss.

Not just him, but the board of directors took, as well as the C-suite as a whole. They're all responsible.

"But Swampy was mired in an institution that was in a perpetual state of unlearning all the lessons it had absorbed over a 90-year ascent to the pinnacle of global manufacturing. Like most neoliberal institutions, Boeing had come under the spell of a seductive new theory of knowledge that essentially reduced the whole concept to a combination of intellectual property, trade secrets, and data, discarding thought and understanding and complex reasoning possessed by a skilled and experienced workforce as essentially not worth the increased health care costs. CEO Jim McNerney, who joined Boeing in 2005, had last helmed 3M, where management as he saw it had overvalued experience and undervalued leadership before he purged the veterans into early retirement."

Prince Jimas some long-timers used to call himrepeatedly invoked a slur for longtime engineers and skilled machinists in the obligatory vanity leadership book he co-wrote. Those who cared too much about the integrity of the planes and not enough about the stock price were phenomenally talented assholes, and he encouraged his deputies to ostracize them into leaving the company. He initially refused to let nearly any of these talented assholes work on the 787 Dreamliner, instead outsourcing the vast majority of the development and engineering design of the brand-new, revolutionary wide-body jet to suppliers, many of which lacked engineering departments. The plan would save money while busting unions, a win-win, he promised investors. Instead, McNerneys plan burned some $50 billion in excess of its budget and went three and a half years behind schedule

Death penalty to Boeings leadership would be 100% justified for their crimes.

Any death to any equipment failure of any kind should be an automatic reckless homicide conviction to the whole of their leadership

Which the CEO might be!

He might be, or he might be a genius hiding behind a corporate shell.

Not that everyone didn't know it before in some capacity, but Some More News just did an episode thay had a segment on how CEOs who know their products are harmful and kill people deliberately and with malice (and profit) aforethought order it to happen. Because shareholders.

Wouldn't be surprised if actual murder was something they could order while making shareholders pay a fine or just suffering no consequences whatsoever.
