The guy who is always onto the weather forecast, constantly looking out the window making comments like "hmm, clouds coming in", puts weather warnings on the company slack channel, etc.

Nope, we just check the weather app on our phones or if it's severe weather, turn on the TV in the break room or one of the TVs in the Entertainment department.
