My cousin tells me he swears by it . He said its not pretty but you get a lot of miles and $19.95 a day. The bad, every one at work asks you nosey questions. So do your neighbors. Like So are you moving?

Never heard of that but never knew anyone who needed a long term rental and bothered to look at the price of a U-Haul vs a regular car. I have a hard time believing it would be cheaper than a lease.

I have known people who leased cars but never knew anyone who long term rented one.

That is about $600 per month. My car is paid off so no I wouldn't do that.

He doesn't keep it for a month. He was talking about when his car is in the shop or when he's on vacation.

I don't know what car rentals go for. I only ever rented a car for a week once in my life and that was after my accident, and before I bought my new truck and my insurance company paid for it so I have no idea what it cost.

I can't imagine the price is that much different from a car rental and even if the car is slightly more expensive for a few days or a week or two I would much rather drive around a car than a U-Haul. Doesn't seem worth the small difference in money.
