I'd have to take the money. The obvious pet to bring back wouldn't be happy without his mate, who has also since passed away.

Pet. I want my puppy back.

Pet. One of my dogs was killed in an accident a few years ago by a fucking stupid chain of events. I'd give anything to have her back. She was only 3.

I have loved all of my pets dearly but I dont like the idea of bringing something back from the dead.

The money would be the obvious choice for me, but I definitely considered the pet option due to my basset hound being torn apart by my parents neighbors pit bulls that he specifically bred for fighting.

I was 12 and had to carry his rotting body for about 500 yards to the tree in our front yard where I buried him. He never hurt anyone, but the bastard neighbor unchained his dogs to use mine as practice, as the piece of shit admitted when my dad came knocking on this guys door with the police behind him.

I had gone to nearly every door in town with fliers hoping to bring him home because I thought he had just wandered off further into town.

I'd normally say pet but I had two I'd dearly want to bring back so if I had to choose between the two dogs I'd end up taking the money

Yeah the cat I had to put down in 2020 was suffering from severe kidney disease when she was put to rest. Wouldn't eat and eventually stopped drinking. I couldn't risk bringing her back like that. If anything I regret taking so long to say goodbye.

Every family pet was technically somebody else's. I didn't get my cat until well into adulthood and she's still alive.

Thank you. He was my only friend at the time because my family had moved to a new town. When my new classmates asked why I was so sulky I explained why. I was made fun of it relentlessly for my first year there. It was one of many reasons that I became so bitter and angry in my childhood.

As much as I would love to bring back my childhood cat who I still think about every day, I would bring back my sisters dog.

Even absent pet sematary, it ain't healthy to not be able to cope with the death of a pet. I don't think I would do this even if the money wasn't an option.

Then I'd consider it over the money.

Huh.. This is actually a tough one but i would probably take the money just do to not really having the time to care for the pets like i did as a kid.. and when it comes down to it, all the pets i had lived long full happy and healthy lives
