I'll be the NPC that offers the Flame Dagger, but only if the protagonist travels to the mountain range on the next continent and brings back a rare flower that only blooms during a full moon, because the protagonist will need the dagger to melt the Eternity Glacier that blocks his path to a cave where a very rare ore resides.

Id be the fake out important playable but actually an npc who dies stating that you should be a strong commendable lone wolf who has no time for friends but then he dies cos the op villain catches him off guard to hammer in the point of friendship being important then the guy who is me is forgot and never brought up again like it never actually happened
