It's not closing specifically only due to lack of budget, it's closing due to... Low enrollment, and so they can't justify the budget to begin with. Sure, a higher budget would mean they could keep the school open longer, but it'd still ultimately be a waste of funds, if the enrollment doesn't justify it.
