Sainz looks pretty scrappy this weekend. Hes back with a vengeance. I think he has a solid shot at P2 because Max will be P1 of course. The other Red Bull starting at P6 definitely helps

Alonso demoted after Russels crash. Not sure about that one. Watching the onboard it looks like George just didnt have grip going through the turn but idk. Not sure how it was Alonsos fault Great weekend for Ferrari --- Hope rides alone ... Copied to Clipboard!

I ultimately don't agree with Alonso's penalty.
The FIA basically are riding him for not driving 100% like a robot. This would be a different a story if he was brake-checking. He wasn't even K-Magging it out there. It's also racing. Slow-in/fast-out is a fair game defensive tactic. And he didn't do it in a ridiculous fashion. It had to come down to the telemetry to try to quantify the magnitude of deviation vs his past inputs. The brake/charge lights were showing. Russell had opportunities to make his own cognitive decisions in how to trail him. Not gonna victim blame him, but in live sequence that didn't look like foul play to me. There should be more eyes set on the track layout and lack of runoff in that section. --- Competing every night, both ends, shoot inside/outside, fast break, transition, Monta Ellis have it all ...
