I actually did all 10 of my placements, got Plat 1. the highest I've ever been is diamond so starting one step away feels weird. the games felt just like playing on my main though

I did two placement matches on my main and in my 2nd one I got put against 2 GMs and a Master. I dont really want to do the other 8 anymore.

I ended up going 3-7 on my main's placements and still started in diamond

Yeah they revamped the competitive system and now there's a new Tier above grandmaster called champion.
