I'm in charge of a service for them. I know they are not the easiest users, but kicking them out isn't the solution. When you do the right thing, they can be an incredible library community as proven by our service. Yeah seems like rowdy teenagers are super attracted to them like even more than shopping malls. Not sure what it is about libraries. Took a trip to the library explaining the situation. They basically said Oh shit, that sucks, dude. Well knock it down to $20.
