Competitively speaking though, Silver is way better since Skarmory is probably the only one that's particularly good in competitive among the non-legendaries, and IIRC Lugia was better than Ho-Oh as well. <cite>Srk700 posted [p:979398744] in Which had ... I barely differentiate between the Vulpix/Ponyta/Growlithe lines. It's nothing special competitively, though it had some use during certain periods in Doubles as an intimidator that could also use Will of Wisp (like early Gen 8 when Incineroar wasn't available).
