So... 36 year old approaches the 32 year old, starts yelling and antagonizing him, pulls a knife and threatens him with it, then pulls a fucking gun and gets into a fight w/ him, and the 32 year old disarms the gun and shoots the attacker? Hope he's released quickly, seems pretty clear cut self-defense.
