I tried playing the original game a decade ago, and ended up getting lost, and confused on where to go and what to do in order to progress. Didn't help that game was so archaic with a steep learning curve.

I'll have to check out the remake sometime. I know it's got it's pros and cons, and it's a hard game which I don't mind.

I hope we a remake of System Shock 2 down the road. I grew up playing that game in the late nineties and have fond memories of getting scared and creeped out playing that one. Also was a good introduction into fps rpg games for me.
