So a little backstory but I have rage issues and have been getting medicine for my ADHD and anxiety and depression and they work for the most part. We've been extremely busy and I work in the service industry as a server and my coworkers aren't very productive so it makes it stressful for me.

To make things worse my boss gets mad about the stupidest things. A customer can walk in and she'll get mad about it and say things like "Can't they cook?!" I work in a diner so we're all out in the open. The other day I was boxing a customer's food and then the cooks forgot something and we were extremely busy so I was trying to collect my thoughts on what to do.

I squeezed my eyes shut and clenched my fists, holding back frustration, and she saw it and got mad at me and then complained saying that I'm like a 2 year old and then threatened to change my shift.

Well she took one of my days from me. I already only work four days for some reason and now I work three. I work my ass off and I do a good job. I make a lot of money in tips but its enough to pay for all my expenses and even though I only get 2 dollars an hour I still account that for my expenses and that one day taken away means I'll have to shift funds around to pay my rent.

I'm always told to find a new job but I have a clientele and I make a lot of money. I don't have a college degree so my options are limited and if I find a grocery store job or something I'll make extremely less.

I wish it were easy to find at least a hundred more dollars somewhere...but there's nothing so simple is there? Lol. If only I could donate plasma or blood or something...

Look for a fuck off job side hussle.
It will supplement your income a bit, and you won't be working on pure adrenalin.
Also, one job starts to get on your nerves you can always tell yourself, well, I won't have to deal with this tomorrow.

But also, ya managers that make you pay more attention to them then your job, are bad managers.
I always make more mistakes in the cases.

Someone mentioned that and its a possibility. I really didn't want to have to get a second job because I despise change and my 4 day work week has been something I've been having for over ten years so this is all really stressful.

Someone told me to go to a different location for extra work and I thought about it...but I know they'll probably shove me onto a graveyard shift and my doctor says I shouldn't and honestly even without that excuse I don't want to.

Its bad energy and causes a lot of stress. If I want to tell them an order I don't know if she'll blow up on me or what.

She's always talking about quitting or getting demoted so she could be a cook again but never pulls through. She's the type of person who just likes to complain.

I remember being in the back and having a last minute breakfast and two of my friends were horseplaying and she couldn't see who it was but immediately yelled at me as if I were doing it.

Who is horseplaying with themselves? Why not the 'other' person?

The second time that comes to mind is listening to my friend as we were discussing Sherlock Holmes and then it moved into Jack the Ripper and he was telling me about a movie and I was silently listening. She said "Don't you ever shut up [my name]?" I started taking the meds because of my anxiety that would make me frustrated and the ADHD which made me too energetic and I did all that because of her.

But she always finds some reason to talk trash. Its so fucking weird because she acts super nice sometimes and offers me rides and whatever but then there's most of the time where if I talk about how graveyard shift left us she'll bitch and moan at me for it. Then later she'll tell me we need to tell the servers and cooks at night to do their jobs and if we do, she complains still and tells me I'm not perfect.

The place can be a mess and she is fine. She won't say anything. If we leave anything out of place from morning shift, she will throw a fit and tell us we can't leave until things are done properly.

There have been complaints about her to upper management about her anger and then instead of taking it into real consideration they'll ask a select few if its true and no one wants to snitch so they say 'no' and they're on their merry way.
