Well I would imagine it's self-selecting to a point; only girls who think they're gonna cash in on their looks apply, and for the outliers, you just don't hire them with no reason given

yeah prob. true. Possibly they would not even hire women who are in their 30s . Unfair.

Yes to both but only on a small handful of occasions. Hooters does nothing for me as, at least at the time, their menu wasn't terribly vegetarian friendly.

Twin Peaks actually does have good food and beer and a shitload of TVs so on the rare occasion I go there, that's why.
