Do you have it set so Porygon evolves upon certain levels?

Larvitar is a fun starter to have. I used GameShark back during the GameBoy days and use a Larvitar from the start in one of my Gen 2 games, though its late level find evolution might be a hindrance. I'm not sure what levels the Elite 4 are at in Sun.
