I slipped on a wet rock and fell on my ass within minutes of meeting my now wifes family.

When I was in 4th or 5th grade i was bored and pulled my arms inside my shirt, and then crossed them and put them back out through the opposite holes and got completely stuck and the teacher had to take my shirt off to get me unstuck

i passed out for a split second and tripped during my 1st and only 400m race in highschool. i had too much adrenaline at the time and didn't pace myself. i didn't end up dead last (i think i still beat 2 other people). this was still embarrassing for me because i was in the lead most of the way and the crowd went from cheering my name to laughing omg

honestly this experience scared the crap out of me and im pretty cautious with how hard i push myself now. ive had compromised lungs since childhood

In 2nd grade I started feeling nauseous at school. The teacher was in the middle of talking to the class about something. I was extremely shy at the time and didnt want to raise my hand to ask to go to the bathroom. I ended up vomiting on my lap with all my classmates next to me.

yeah they kinda were but from what i was told they thought i had just tripped by accident. i passed out very briefly and didn't tell anyone tbh. was still kinda confused/scared by the situation. at the very least no one talked about this incident afterward. i quit track around a week later since i ended up getting a part-time job

Simultaneously my most embarrassing moment and the moment that destroyed me psychologically was two years ago. I had exactly one opportunity to lose my virginity, but I couldn't get it up because of how nervous I was.
