...like china and they offered like a one year warranty on the item...and you had that item break? Esp. if it was not a very cheap item. Maybe many times they may not honor that one year warranty even it they did say it in writing though. Has this ever happened to any of you?

Linsoul is based in China and they honored my warranty when my thieaudio monarch broke. I uhh never sent them tho when the time came. I was way too lazy at the time tbh. I'm so silly for not sending them back. I think I mentioned this a few months or year ago on here. I have moments of inaction like this sometimes .

Ik some foreign companies will not honor warranty if you don't buy their products from an authorized seller in your home country or region. Like Stax headphones!! If you buy them from Japan (cheaper price usually) and live in the USA you are SOL if they break. Buy in USA store!@@@ this is warning

what is audio monarch...wireless headphones? you had it under warranty but would not send it back...uh....

I got lazy. Actually I was hit by a bad case of anxiety and didn't want to interact with people all that much

The very first smart phone I purchased (HTC Hero) came from Ukraine, because no store here in Australia sold that model for some reason.
