You know it's coming

Was the open world dead rising any good?

Will it have crafting and rpg elements?

This could work, I came up with an idea for it a few years back. It went like this:

This is a post Village Jill, who has retired in a small town and is a parent to a daughter. Mysterious happenings are messing with the town and since she's been without much contacts with her Anti BOW orgination its up to Jill to figure out the problem. It would be a SMALL style openworld as in it all takes place in a small town and its surrounding areas. Think Deadly Premonition but with a legitimate budget and Capcom's amazing gameplay. Its open world design but the game will have its "setpiece" or "dungeon" like areas where Jill has to explore. I'm thinking something like "the Old Mill" or the "Light House" and they will have your traditional RE flavor with intricate puzzles and scary creatues and bosses.

Iono its just an idea.

Imagine unlockable characters like Dante and Akuma. Damn that res2 April fools joke for not being real!

Given the rise of asymmetrical multiplayer survival horror games I am surprised Capcom hasn't ether remade or made a new RE Outbreak game. Since Outbreak did that before it was cool.

Ive wanted this for a long time. Could be amazing if done right. Sort of like Evil Within 2 perhaps?
