Nope, steam is fully integrated and the desk also has a full desktop mode you can switch to if you need to accomplish any more traditional computer tasks (like setting up emulators). ... Copied to Clipboard!

if you don't have a steam deck already, then yes you should get one. definitely.
it's the best portable system thing i've ever owned and i've had them all since the gameboy. i also can't believe a handheld has a trackpad that i don't despise and i enjoy using. pretty crazy. --- Disclaimer: There's a good chance the above post could be sarcasm. The Steam Deck is awesome and I've contemplated recommending it to some people who have never once touched a gaming PC or Steam. I feel like it would blow their minds.
