I have both medicaid and medicare (medicare advantage plan/PPO (basically a medicaid and medicare dual coverage plan)) so if I am going to an appointment for something I need it. Just last week I made an appointment to take an eye exam since I had trouble with that at the DMV (it is renewal time for me). Humana paid just enough to get me some glasses from the value section of lenscrafters so they actually do come through for me. When it comes to the medicare advantage plans it can get a little tricky for the dental stuff.
