The trailers make you think it would be those four against one, but nope it's her protecting them cause they might be Spiderwoman....Also, the movie suck, but did like evil spiderman think this is how Peter should have been when he had the venom suit in sp3. So, watch it if you can see for cheap and want to waste 2 hours of your life.

I liked it more than morbius and I wholly support them making these weird ass offshoots, but I question who is authorizing these scripts because they leave a lot to be desired.

I hope the internet can gaslight Sony into putting it into theaters again like with Morbius

I like how it's started a war with Morbius over "which movie is worse"

Yeah the scripts for some of these movies have been fucking terrible. Like there are some writers that shouldn't be getting jobs if I were to be honest.

That set up was fine, but I wish it was used more effectively. It should have been poison not a fireball or whatever it was.

A paramedic/mother figure teaching them how to survive and rescue was a fine idea, but then they do some weird falling fireball shit that both blinds and paralyzes her and they do cpr to rescue her when if she was that bad off, they likely would have killed her.

Exactly. Also did they explain on how Evil Spider-man became so rich and got powers? Cause the whole seeing his death was cause when he stole the spider in the first place and that it. Sorry I miss it when watching it but not going to watch it again.

Yeah that's part of the plot issues and scripting. They basically say that him stealing the spider makes him rich, but it's assumed he sells the spider or some shit, yet he still has it in certain scenes.

There were some scenes I did like, mostly the Spiderman stuff was cool, all the flash forwards were awesome and that should have been the fucking movie, the costumes each girl had was legitimately perfect asthetic wise, but then we get that for all of a combined minute or two of film, it was a legit bait and switch.

I will say that I found the scene with her mother talking to the doctor was probably the best scene out of any of these non Spiderman movies. It was touching and poignant and was a perfect plot point for the character and I don't understand how they could have the touch to nail that scene but not much else.

I watch these movies and sometimes feel like I could write a far better film than these, not that my version would be Oscar worthy, but I just don't know how these people keep getting jobs writing this shit so poorly or directors/producers are absolutely butchering these films.

As I said, I'm down for all these random movies about smaller characters, blade absolutely worked and he was a literal nobody, same for guardians, ant man, and so many others, but for whatever reason Sony is routinely hiring the wrong people for these films or someone is just absolutely butchering the films.

Yea, good scenes then we get scene like the baby shower with all the women talking about how great their moms are till it get to madam which make it awkward or the whole diner scene which had like you said a great flash forward scene, also it weird that when the police were reporting it on the radio about the kidnapped girls why no one mention spider-man killing about dozen cops in the subway?

Apparantly it's the same writing team that worked on morbius. And this has already been green lit for a sequel...

Honestly, if the sequel actually has the spider women, I'm fucking down. Those costumes and powers looked awesome and we somehow only got that for a minute.
