Oh golly, I'm now remembering TC as that guy who adamantly believes Korra was a mary sue who had everything handed to her in life, while Aang fought and struggled for every one of his accomplishments.

My immediate team is 2 female coordinators above me, 4 female supervisors on my team, and most of my immediate staff are women.

Honestly, it's not much different than working with men. I jokingly apologize for my gender now and then because they will complain about relationships and the stupid shit their partners do, but overall it's not different at all.
