That is, if an officer makes you fear for your life, you have that right and it cannot be infringed upon.
This means you can act nervous and you can be disoriented and these are not crimes.
This means it is also reasonable that at times you may reflex in a way that could be interpreted as self-defense and it is not a crime.
You are not allowed to shoot back or beat up a cop but officer cannot infringe upon your right to fear by saying you should be absolutely cooperative and any little thing means they can unload a clip on you. Like if you move your arms and barely touch them, that is reasonable fear. If officer has a man on the ground and he says he can't breathe and is moving that cannot be falsely accused as resisting because it is fearing for their life.

Isn't it wild how cops get to have the right to fear for their lives but the people they "serve" do not? When people die all the time from police interactions where police straight up just murder them. It is reasonable to fear for your life during interaction with law enforcement and this needs to become a right that cannot be infringed upon and if an officer does they violated and committed a crime.
