If a company fires people because they automated their jobs away that generates bad press so instead they'll wait for those people to quit and just never replace them. --- "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. This way they can fire people or just not replace those who quit, keep costs down and pump the stock. I grew up in a poor community where many didnt have cars or had bad ones and you get a close job or one on a bus line and youll eat a lot of shit because its not feasible to get a new one.
