Not really until you mentioned it. Being a 14 year old soldier is probably the saddest part of what you said. A bullet wound to the belly that you bleed out from probably isn't much better.

Being shot in the stomach is a painfully slow way to die. Literally melted by your own stomach acid over the course of 20 minutes. Yeah. I just think of horrible ways i could die all the time.

So some damage numbers pop up, I go flat and prone in my KO state and wait for someone to hit me with a revive item, big deal.
