this happened to me last Christmas when i tired to get eshop cards, i couldn't believe it...

I always do the opposite lol. People gift me prepaid visa cards and I immediately convert them to Amazon gift cards bc I hate using those things.

Funny thing is that visa gift cards will usually charge you an extra $5 above the price you put into as well. Or at least on Amazon. But you have that versatility of spending on anything
