My girlfriend's cat bites us if he wants food while we're sleep. That's the only "attack" I've ever gotten

Yeah a dog bit my face when I was 4, in The Philippines. It didn't scar or anything though

I got straight up attacked by a dog when I was a kid.

But the shit out of my thigh.

Bee stung, ant bites, had a fish slapped my face, goat charging on me.
Had some animals threatening me but i stayed away from trouble like snakes or scorpion.

Nope. Never really had a pet and dont really spend any time around them.

I was nudged by a pony and fell over when I was 8.

A goose came after me once. I kicked the shit out of it and it ran away.

Been chased by a number of dogs and geese on runs, more than one have actually attacked.

I was attacked by a dog as a kid, I turned my back on it when it started it's attack so my injuries were confined there

I have been chased up a tree by a feral hog.

Yeah. The worst was when my neighbor's dog bit my leg. It wasn't too bad of a bite, but it did draw some blood.

They were honestly terrible neighbors and I'm just glad it was their smaller dog and not their pitbull that never shut up. We were happy when they finally moved. As a bonus, the new neighbors even put up a fence.

Yeah, I got pecked on the head by a mama bird when I was younger because I unknowingly got too close to her young.

I got stung by a wasp once. That's pretty much it.

If you don't count pets, I've had animals try to get me. I've avoided aggressive stray dogs, stared down a buck, and ran from an angry skunk.

When I was about 14. The people who lived across the street from me moved away and left a dog chained on their front porch. I was walking past the house when the dog slipped its chain and started barking loud and following.

I slowly started to back away and turn towards my yard when it lunged. The dog landed a bite on my right leg, but I was able to twist away and make back to my yard where the dog stopped following.

My parents called the animal shelter and they sent someone out. Turns out the dog was rabid. I was immediately taken to the hospital where I got the cant sit down for a week shots.

Still have the scar.

Yeah, if those count. Also if it counts, I got bit by our snake when I was a kid when it got out and I was trying to get it out from under the couch.

physically? no
emotionally? every day when I try to pet my cat and he's not in the mood for pets so he walks away and gives me the look.

Not counting pets, I've been attacked by wolves, charged by a bear three times, rammed by a porpoise once... I think that is it.

The porpoise one was the most terrifying because I've never seen that behavior out of them and I'm in the fucking dark ocean, they are usually pretty shy, but I guess I scared or confused or just pissed one off one day while I was harvesting kelp and sea cucumbers. To be fair I don't even know if they actually attacked me or were just violently curious, I didn't see him before he struck me, he hit me in my calf hard enough to fracture it, it spun me around in the water and I saw him dart away from me.

Edit: Oh wait, does the attack not count unless they actually touch you? Then I guess just one encounter with a bear and the porpoise.

Had a swarm of bees chase me once. Legit no idea what set them off. They let up after ~200m which I'm sure I ran in Olympic record time. No stings though.

I've been bitten by a couple of dogs.

I've got a scar on my upper thigh from a dog bite I got as a kid.

I thought the little fucker was going for my balls but thankfully jerked his head at the last second and bit my left thigh.

I was bitten by a dog as a kid. Drew blood, and I had a visit to A&E. The dog's owner went mental at me because I kicked it in the head to get it off.

I've also been bitten by a snake. Not a serious thing, but fucking hell, snakes are fast.

When I was around 3 years old I got attacked by a bunch of fire ants (stepped on their hill or hole). Also by a chicken. Idr if it was a rooster or hen. I kept touching their babies apparently lol (my mom had to remind me why).

Also got stung by a bee in 5th grade (I tried to pick it up lol. I had done that countless times with no problem).

Oh yeah I got stung by some type of caterpillar too. Prickly haired one. Was on a tree and i touched it by accident.

Do hornets count? Because I was attacked by hornets when I was dumb kid and struck their next with an arrow.

Oh god why do they go for the eyes when they sting? I got stung 6 times by the eye causing my left side of my vision being obstructed by swelling.

I worked with dogs for years so I've been attacked many times by many different breeds.

My friends and I were attacked by a pitbull when I was younger as well.

A cat took a 1 square cm chunk out of my leg.
Took months for the skin to grow new.

Damn I'm surprised by all the dog attacks on here
