I generally don't like to describe anyone as having a punchable face because I'm not someone who will think of violence because I don't like someone's appearance. In this case he doesn't really look like a douchebag in particular, and those thumbnails are honestly pretty benign for what you expect from a shitty YouTube thumbnail.
