When I worked in Australian minesites, the heat on the ground routinely reached 150F.
We were covered head to toe in clothing that blocked out the sun and it was mandatory to carry around a gallon jug of water. Like you'd be kicked off site if you broke any of these rules. I'd fill that thing up at least twice in a day. Basically what I'm saying is there's no excuse for this.
