Back before the merger when Squaresoft was killing it in the 90s the only one I really didnt like was 8. I just couldnt get into it and think it sucks. In the more modern era for all the hate it gets I thought 13 was ok. Definitely not great but I enjoyed it enough to get platinum trophy on it and thought it was alright. 15 was garbage and I couldnt even finish it. 16 ended my interest in the series, especially after what they did to the remake of 7. Didnt even bother playing it. No interest at all. The series is just no longer for me. I enjoyed World of Final Fantasy more than any post merger mainline title. It actually felt like a true FF game to me. If they make anything more like that Ill play it. FF is always highly debated. Ill never fault anyones list as the rankings from person to person always vary so much. One persons favorite is anothers least liked.
