yeah, the vocals are embarrassing. if an american tried singing in broken japanese, they'd get rightly called out for it, but for anime/jrpg people, the inverse is just japanese "charm"

Its just the way the series is. I really dont mind when the lyrics dont make sense, because i like how the songs sound. Hell lotus juice speaks perfect english and chooses gibberish half the time anyway lmao.
