i was talking about a solitary instance
and wym empathy
i got trapped in a drive thru for two hours. the mf at the window was at least paid for his stay lol
and im sorry, if it takes you two hours to handle four customers youve got problems completely unrelated to volume

I'm trying to understand what he would even be offended at. The guy takes his order over a speaker and then hands him his food. What's he feeling rushed to do? Is he one of those people who doesn't decide what to order until it's his turn?

Acknowledging a minority of scum committing felonies is different from normalizing such behavior as a norm. Sure a minority of scum does this, but the kind of thing makes them worse than the customers and is definitely not something to normalize as rational and valid behavior.
