At least in Super Mario 64, you can do all of the missions over again any time you want.
In Banjo-Kazooie, some fun things you can only do once and never again on that save file. --- "Be good to yourself, because everyone else in the world is probably out to get you." - Dr. Harleen Quinzel ... Copied to Clipboard!

Personally, I always get bored of SM64 by the time you get to the upstairs of the castle, whereas I am motivated to 100% BK.
Im not sure if the first floor and basement of SM64 are better than BK as a whole (Id say no) but when considering the full games, BK > SM64 for sure. And I think more of my enjoyment of SM64 is from nostalgia --- Accroches-toi a ton reve ... Copied to Clipboard!

I think Ive spent more time in SM64 over the years, but I vote BK. Amazing overworld, I love the personality, levels, and characters. SM 64 does have better acrobatic movement though.

Banjo-Kazooie. Mario 64 is great at what it does but I prefer BK's more adventure-oriented world design.
Absolutely tragic though that Mario 64 never got a sequel. BT got a little too big and I didn't care for the bleaker atmosphere. --- Lusa Cfaad Taydr ... Copied to Clipboard!
