This. DST is actually much harder to get used to than going east or west, because those time changes also come with sun changes so you can recalibrate. But with DST, you get the same external stimulus, it just suddenly is supposed to mean a different time now.

Indeed

We almost had it, then Congress had to fuck it up after a unanimous vote. Really fucking sucked. Even with DST, the sun's setting too damn early already. Gonna suck in a week. Didn't have to. We weren't supposed to be turning the clocks back anymore. Congress messed it all up.
