The numbers in brackets are the current seat distribution in Riksdagen.

The polling is from poll of polls, so a combined average of the newest poll from each big pollster.

The current Government consist of the Conservatives, Christian Democrats and Liberals with a tight partnership with the Nationalists.

Socialdemocrats: 140 (107)
Nationalists: 85 (73)
Conservatives: 61 (68)
Far-Left: 30 (24)
Neoliberals: 17 (24)
Greens: 16 (18)
Christian Democrats: 0 (19)
Liberals: 0 (16)

So the sittning Government is being obliterated in the polls. The Nationalists have the comfort of both being in control and being able to say that they arent actually part of the Government.

Is this because the current government is failing to control the escalating gang violence?

I feel like we've seen this before no? Whenever another party adopts SD's politics, voters just go to SD because why have a cheap imitation when you can have the real thing? Like, M, KD and L are very visibly corrupt, and implementing SD politics. Why then not switch to SD, if those are the policies you want to see happen?
