Yes. It was called Chrono Cross. It was a really fun RPG, but a lot of diehard Chrono Trigger fans hated it.

Yes but those are not Chrono Trigger 2.
Even the creators themselves said that Cross is not Trigger 2.

I am indeed nitpicking, but i don't think it's too much. I wanted to set it straight that CC is not CT sequel but it's own game, so CT fans would shut up about it being a sequel.

Not sure if it's joking that Golden Sun DS is not exist, or counting both GBA games as one. Iirc it was supposed to be one game but split due cartridge capacity.

George Lucas taught us that some creators should most definitely be ignored. And while I liked Chrono Cross overall, some of their story decisions certainly skewed towards being baffling to a Lucas-esque degree.

I was a big Bully fan and would welcome a 2nd game big time but Western is my favorite genre of all time and I absolutely love the Red Dead Redemption games. I loved Red Dead Revolver too but it was a completely different kind of game.

Anyway Ive been gaming regularly since 1980 and RDR2 is my favorite game of all time and I think its the best video game world ever created so I would absolutely vote for RDR3.

Outside Chrono Trigger I dont care about the rest of those at all.

Chrono Trigger 1, Radical Dreamers (a visual novel continuation of Chrono Trigger), and Chrono Cross

there was also a free mobile game named Another Eden which features characters from both Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross (year 2008)
