I go to McDonald's for lunch every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and get the same thing. Two McChickens a small fry and a small Dr Pepper. But today i went and the guy working the counter got really mad at me for some reason. He said "you're always in here holding up the line for everyone."
I get the same thing every time and use the touch screen kiosk thing. It takes like 30 seconds max. I want to keep going but want to minimize my time ordering and paying for my food so that guy doesn't spaz on me. Part of me wanted you to ask him how are you holding up the line? But with how insane people are these days I wouldn't risk it. If he spazzed out on your for that miniscule thing then he would have probably thrown hot oil on you if you responded back >_>

Bring it up on the review of your last visit and say that he made you feel unwelcome, even better if you can describe him/have his name. HR looks at those reviews and sends them to the store whether it's good or bad, assuming McDonald's does the same thing that my Burger King did.

easiest to load up with a gift card (used to do that for wendy's) get all the deals.
