Same. At this point the only way I'd even consider unprivating and returning to actively using Twitter would be Musk selling the company entirely and having no further involvement with it.

I use Twitter for the same thing Ive always used it for, sports injury injury updates in real time for fantasy and gambling purposes.

Until I find a better source, Ill continue to use Twitter/X

I remember hearing something about squatters who'll snap up the usernames of people who delete their accounts and somehow end up with the old account's followers, so those unlucky users will get inundated with unwanted spam, porn, etc. from an account they thought they could trust.

My Twitter account doesn't even work properly in the first place. I don't care enough about it to get it fixed, let alone deleted. My login credentials work just well enough to where I can still see Twitter links and maybe browse the comments if I'm interested.

Best way to get game news is by following the Twitter accounts of the devs making the games. So sick of gaming news sites telling me to turn off adblocker I just bypass them and go straight to the source. Why people follow me on Twitter I dont understand.
