LoveLikeJazz 09/15/23 3:45:42 PM #21:	My gf dragged me to (hate to say it that way but it's true) a Ren fair a few months ago. It was pouring rain and miserable for nearly the entire day. Jacqeus ze Whipper was there and that was the only part I enjoyed tbh. My opinion of it was that it was the nerdiest and most cringe thing I've ever been to, but it's just not my thing. 90% of the people there were so into it and pretending it was actually the middle ages and speaking with bad fake accents, bad cosplays, badly dyed purple/red/green hair and neckbeards, dude... at the risk of sounding uppity af, it was simply not my scene at all lol. It's not even her scene, but she thought it was cool thing to do and I admire that about her anyway. I'm glad those people could get into it and enjoy themselves like that, truly I am. But I have such a hard time playing make believe like that.
