Part of that depends on the caliber of management. I transferred to a new warehouse years ago but in my old one, we had an ex-MMA fighter as one of the managers and he was an abusive douchebag. Threw a piece of a pallet at a forklift driver, made condescending remarks about women, told an untrained employee nervous about operating a scissor lift to 'grow a set', loved power tripping, etc. --- 'We're not gonna make it, are we?
