Hmmm just found my channel. Created Dexember 10 2006 and all my videos are gone except for a video I posted of the trucker border protest year and a half ago. :/

i don't know how to edit videos or thumbnails and i don't really want to learn that. also i am creatively bankrupt and people almost never like my ideas.

I have. Uploaded a bunch of clips of a cartoon I watched about 7 years ago and my channel was also inserted with Hasbro's ads, also helped work on a second channel where we reviewed episodes of that cartoon, and I still get fans messaging me on Discord to this day. I have 6 digit subscribers.

I have had one for years. I just use it for storing my video game clips and never intend to be some sort of watchamacallit. Just stupid gaming memories stuff I got into with my friends and brother on whatever online game. (Youtube and twitch is really convenient on the PS4 and PS5 since when you upload stuff it goes directly to them).

Also makes me think back to our good times saving a lot of old stuff because one of my best friends passed away awhile back and he is in a bit of my old clips.

I either need to stumble on a conveniently good idea like Milad, or plot out full director mode and hope the investment pays off.

Like it's hard to be original at this point, so you either find the rare niche, or outdo everyone else at something already happening.

Pojr has a good channel, I think LostForest if I have the name right does one with his wife. I have a pretty monotone voice but always considered doing something with gardening and aquarium live plants and aquaponics as a dual interest thing.

I tried Twitch/YouTube a few years ago.
I did a full playthrough of Zelda 1 and a bit of Pokmon Sapphire.

Honestly, it's hard to talk for 20+ minutes straight while trying to play a game and also try to be interesting at the same time.

I did. It wasn't popular. Plus, trying to fight through depression in order to play a game while simultaneously trying your best to be entertaining is mentally exhausting and unsustainable.

Oh man, the rage me and my friend had trying to depend on two others for heists, lmao. I have been online console gaming since the dreamcast and also got in a good bit of PC online gaming here and there, but I swear out of all those years of games and their online communities GTA online has to have the highest average of stupid players imaginable. Millions of players yet every 9 out of 10 players are derps.

Just thinking about that one set-up mission for series A where the game specifically tells you to not get spotted and stealth kill the guards but randerps will come sprinting straight in. Lord have mercy, lol.

How about this trip down memory lane......overwatch around when it first released in 2016 on the PS4. The first season of competitive. Everyone is on the mic, but there isn't quite as much bitching/toxicity yet. Everything still feels all new and fun.

I have a clip saved where we lost our comp match yet it was more of a "damn, GG. We almost had that shit" compared to the more modern fuck you and your life you need to drop dead mentality that goes on, lol.

Oooph, yeah this is the exact one I was talking about. (I brought up series A but I was definitely thinking of this emp humane labs set-up). God this one was soul crushing with randoms. Its because you just knew it was going to be some fuck ups. The looooong drive to the starting point made it even worse/more infuriating lol.

There is still one series A set-up we really hated though, and that was the first one. Thats the one you had to take a helicopter or find another way to land on the cruise ships to steal those drugs. Holy shit dudes even on normal difficulty would just......run straight ahead and face tank everything. No backing up to eat snacks or put on more body armor via the item menu, just run torwards the AI's super aim and *splat*

A lot of dudes never picked up on wearing that one military outfit to reduce heist and heist set-up by default. I forgot what it was called but that definitely saved me and my friend's life more times than we can count.

But yeah I was already slowing down playing GTA online in general, but the exact point I was pretty much done was when those flying bikes/M2Ks I think they was called got added to the game. Rockstar finally had it to where you can do 2 players for the doomsday heist but I guess the game just ran out of steam for everyone I knew at this point.
