Basically tells the story of a HS kid taking his date out and trying to sleep with her at the end. But first she makes him promise hes gonna love her till the end of time. Hes super reluctant to say yes, and ultimately caves. Then realizes he made a huge mistake and cant stand her after dating her forever. "We were barely 17....." They were the same age. Wanted to point that out before people start calling it a pedo song. What was weird was that my health teacher played this at the end of the sex ed curriculum.
