i knew that i drank a lot of water per day, so i measured it with a 2 liter coke bottle and that's what it came out to. Any of you drink, more?

yeah i've heard of water intoxication too. but that would only be if you drank all that in like 10 mins or so

I'd think you would be pissing every 15 minutes at that rate and never sleep. Your kidneys can only process so much water in a day, it's closer to like 5 gallons I think, and too much water can be fatal.

one of my best friends drinks two gallons of water every day its insane
like he brings his gallon water bottle to school and finishes it by lunch then refills it and finishes that every single day

My MS client with a permenant catheter is basically encouraged to smash as much water as possible otherwise it really fucks him up. I don't know the clinical details but I'm refilling his water bottle every couple of hours

If your job requires a lot of physical activity or involves a lot of time in hot conditions, you'll probably drink a hell of a lot more than someone who sits inside a 65-70 degree home/office/school all day, so context really matters for something like this.

yeah that makes sense, but no, the 1st thing you mentioned does not apply

I drink 2 a day and i do a lot of physical work. I walk about 13 miles a day on average now.

Under the right circumstances I can drink 2 gallons of beer in a day. I think that's like 21 cans or so.

i drink like 4 cups of water a day lol
