Me neither. I'd been hearing about them for but its not like I noticed when I watched as a kid. Although I had dvds not vhs so maybe it's different.

I was just recently reminded about them cause of a youtube video..and the Aladdin one seemed eerie.

This is it. I had multiple teachers who worked for Disney during those years. One even worked in the animation department. He stated half of the artist were gay, closeted, and repressed. The artists also spent months drawing the same beautiful girl over and over. He said doing that makes you bored and very pent up.

The non-Disney ones are the crazy ones to me though.

They would have to know that SFX looks very much like another word, and especially with how the dust looks like it's branching at the bottom of the F, you can't tell me the thought didn't cross their mind. They totally just ran with it.
