Curved is superior because otherwise the far corners of the monitor are further away from the eyes. Obviously this is only really apparent on larger monitors though. Before buying curved some people said that curved is not ideal for CAD/Drafting and to those fools I say bullshit, I've done a boatload of 3D Design on my curved monitor and I've had zero issue. Just people trying to sound smart by saying the curve will "distort straight edges since it's not a flat plane" or some shit, get out of town ... Copied to Clipboard!
