2 shows, 2 woman leads, very divisive reception for both online

I liked both leads and want to see more of them but the shows themselves were in the lower third of the MCU. I take she hulk, I actually dug it until the end.

Half of ms marvel was bad

She-Hulk was the better show.
It had better writing, actually utilized its episodic format, and had fun cameos.

Ms. Marvel is probably my least favorite D+ show. Not that it was outright bad, but it probably would've been better as a 2-hour movie.

I havent watched either one.

Ms Marvel is a pretty by the book mcu origin story.

I really liked She Hulk. It's not quite Harvey Birdman, but I appreciate that whole kind of vibe. I do agree that the ending is dumb. I understand what they were going for, but it wasn't for me. Overall it's probably my favorite mcu show though

She-Hulk was pretty good. Just watched all of it over the past 3 days. Could do without some of the 4th wall breaks, but the tone of the show was nice and most of the humor landed.

Ms. Marvel was inconsistent. It had fun moments and it started out pretty good, but then dipped hard whenever they went into the more superpowery origin stuff. It was just okay overall.

I'm still mad they changed Kamala's powers

Ms Marvel, the humor is She Hulk just didn't work for me in the long run. Also Ms. Marvel was probably the only MCU show, that I feel, didn't have a finale that disappointed.

I feel like they changed her powers because they wanted to make her a mutant but didnt want to pull the trigger as whatever activates the mutant gene in the MCU hasnt happened

so they have the bands acting as a proxy for now and will have some major event (likely the end of Secret Wars) that creates mutants across the globe which will give Kamala her comic accurate powers

Ms Marvel in Jersey > She-Hulk > Ms Marvel in Pakistan

Sorry I got confused on who Ms Marvel was. I remember the show now.

I liked She-Hulk--it was trying to do something different and I think it succeeded for the most part. I can't say much about Ms. Marvel because it's the only one of these MCU shows I didn't watch because I just fucking can't stand bullshit teenage drama...

Depending on your definition, there's not really any teenage drama in it.
