But I'm tempted now. ive not had a pizza in 2 months and now im tempted to just get one from takeout and I'm greedy with pizzas i have a 12 inch and eat all but 2 slices then have the other 2 slices for before bed or the next morning, i want to lose weight but I just love the taste of mushroom pizzas so much...help....

Just try to have control! Never deprive yourself of stuff you enjoy or else you will binge worse then ever!

and get good exercise in 4-5 days of the week and your body will need the energy from that food!

when I was working out a lot I went to Panda Express like 3 times a week and was still in great shape!

I tried the gym like half a year ago but I hated it I do go out to speed walk to a major store 20 minute walk there and back just for the exercise sometimes but my diet needed altering cos I had pizzas too often once a week sometimes twice and it wasn't healthy I get what you are saying though but cutting pizzas seemed a smart choice
Edit: I hated the gym cos I have paranoia issues mainly and I tried and bought an exercise bike and never used it cos my tv and games were too easy to just go back on and also someone asked if they could buy it off of me and I sold it.

Yeap. Dont cancel food, but just moderate intake. A few slices every now and then wont make much of a difference in the end result. Nutritionists tend to say that depriving yourself will just make you binge eat.

If you love it so much why dont you try making it yourself? That way you have more control of the ingredients and calories that go into it.

Also dont eat it before going to bed. Eat it at a point where you can burn some calories after. When you eat right before eating those extra calories more than likely will turn into fat.

Oh I did sometimes make pizza bagels and they were good i actually might start cooking them again and use mild cheese

the indulgence of the latter does not exclude the former.

around 1800-1900 calories a day regardless of the source equals weight loss and it's not the pizza's fault if you're exceeding that xd

I've been eating less snacks too but the 12 inch pizzas were definitely a culprit to me gaining weight especially since it was sometimes twice a week

Honestly youre right but i just got in a mood to want to lose weight fast. I used to enjoy tomato soup but I had it too much of it one period and went off it. I have coffee when I get feeling snacky and it helps me not have crisp or biscuits

What type of gym did you go to? A LA FITNESS? 24hr?

I would go to planet fitness cause it has a very relaxed feel to it! Youre not allowed to grunt or drop weights or wear stupid clothing or be that typical gym grunt!

all the machines are clean and up to date and they have everything needed to get in shape! My wife was very conscious of going to the gym! She started going with my mom at first but actually found she enjoyed going by herself and just getting to do what she wants as effectively as possible!

It didn't have a name it was a building for multiple activities and It just so had a gym that you could go to and it was quite small and there was like at most 7 people. I liked it but I quit after 7 weeks I had someone come along with me well they drove me there and back and did it together (he was super fit already cos he goes gym regularly) but I iust felt conscious and I couldn't shake that feeling And I'm even worse on my own lol I'm quite anti social
