Yeah, I was a freshman in college and this like 300 lb crazy chick from one of my classes kept sending me sexual messages on facebook and wanting to do stuff alone with me for literal months. It was annoying >_> I should've had a spine back then and told her no from the get-go, but I was young and just ignored her instead until she went away lol....which took a long while

It doesn't get any easier since the last thing I want to do is break anyone's heart, but if I'm not interested in you then it is what it is.

Yes, several times. I don't consider myself that picky, but I've always had a habit of attracting women that I'm not attracted to (probably because even in my clueless idiot younger years I still treated them more like actual people than most guys my age).

A few times in high school. But at that age it was more "I think so-and-so likes you, do you like her?" situations that I said no to.

I've gotten in a few "It's a shame you're married" situations with ex co-workers or people I've met at bars while out with friends, but nothing where I had to out and out reject someone.

I did, she had moderate LD (Learning Difficulties she had a low IQ, I was told), and I was worried about the implications, since I was in high school.
She was a sweet, and cute girl too. We both loved art, and I started avoiding her, after her confession.
Now, obviously I know that capacity is the most important thing in regards to LD, and she probably did have capacity to consent, but as a teenager? I didn't know any better.

Same for me. I didn't become interesting until I got a girlfriend, and I didn't receive some pretty crazy propositions until I got married.

I'm a 7/10 so unfortunately which puts me in a weird spot. I'm not good looking enough for the 8.5+ girls, and even 7/10 girls can get 8.5+ guys. And so that leaves 6 and below girls thinking they got a shot at me. The lowest I've dated is a 7. I've had to turn down many 4s and 5s. There are some 8s that I was able to date. Luckily I found an amazing 9 that I ended up marrying but that is rare.

not a bunch, but a few times.

they were attractive, but in the past, I would either turn someone down if they came on too strong (don't like when people put me on guard) or too young.

I often wondered that as well, as most of the times I've ever gotten "hit on" was when I was freshly married (within the first 2-3 years).

In retrospect, I think back and it may have just been a situation of someone of the opposite sex just being nice, and since I was no longer "looking" I was more receptive to it, because the nervousness of "I wonder if he likes me?" never entered my mind.

Few things make a man more attractive than suddenly being unavailable. That's not meant to be the red-pill wimmin-hatin' observation it sounds at face-value, either: you must be doing something right if you've landed a relationship with someone, so other women start perking up and wondering what they're missing out on.

Alternately, they're just being friendlier and more comfortable around you now that they know you won't try to hit on them.

When single it happened a lot. A big part of that was my fault. I'd hook up with just about any girl that showed interest but then sober up and not know how to properly turn it into a one night stand. I'd unnecessarily drag it out

I also think men (I know I was) tend to be a little more loose and friendly around women when they are in a committed relationship, knowing that there's no chance of being "rejected" because you're not really putting yourself out there. You're just acting normal.

I have, twice. It was when I was a lot younger (like fresh out of HS). Mix of not really being attracted to them and not really wanting to date anyone at that time.

Now in my 30s and haven't had any more opportunities to turn women down, lmao.

I assume I did. In college, after a party, one of the girls I was kind of kind of acquainted with left upset. Ended up meeting up with her in the dorm lobby later that evening and was talking to her. Felt like out of the blue, she asked my opinion on casual sex. I basically said I think it happens, but it was something that never really crossed my mind. Nineteen year old me was kind of dense, wasn't he.

Yes, I had delivered food to this woman's mother. She starts complaining that about how I can't just swipe her card and have to call the store. She asks her sister "what is wrong with him?" Her sister replies "Maybe he doesn't like girls." I'm thinking, "What? She was trying to flirt with me?" and my demeanor started to soften a bit. She starts joking to her mom that I'm her boyfriend. Her sister tells her, "He's so cute." She lightly touches, which feels rather sensual. Eventually she mentions having me for dinner. My head goes to when Ultimate Reed Richards comes out his lab and asks what's for, and Susan Storm replies me. I end up saying that I have work, which was technically somewhat true, but spending time her definitely would have been a much better option than my plans for the night.

Besides that I suppose I had a girl confess that she liked me in 6th grade. She also mentioned that she saw me naked. That morning my mom had decided to strip me naked with the window open for any passerby to see through. I proceeded to panic rather than do anything. Thinking about I definitely should have been her boyfriend, whatever that entails at that age. She definitely would have been a positive influence. She also said she would buy me clothes since I seemed to be lacking them.

I guess indirectly turned down a girl freshmen year too. I was told she broke up with her boyfriend, so that I would ask her out. While I thought she was pretty, that seemed like a terrible thing to do to just throw away your boyfriend, because you met someone new who you find cute.
